Raindrops on your face, walking over with your bare feet through the morning dew, a swimming day in the ocean, a long hot bath in the evening, little treats that might change your state of mind, spin around the precious liquid called water.

Water is the essence of life itself. It is one of the most important elements on Earth. It is essential for human life and is also used in many industrial and commercial processes. Water is so important that it has been found on other planets in our solar system, like Saturn, Uranus, or Neptune, of course in different forms, which are frozen or vapor.
The Earth is surrounded by water, it abounds in portions of water on its surface, with many lakes, rivers, and oceans.
According to the United Nations, there are about 361,000,000,000,000 cubic meters of water on Earth. That is about 1.4 million cubic kilometers.

Water is also a vital part of the global climate. It helps to regulate the Earth's temperature by evaporating water into the atmosphere. The water vapor then cools the atmosphere and rains back down on Earth. This water cycle is essential for the sustainability of life on Earth.
